Getting AP340 Into ExtremecloudIQ

I have managed to get the AP into the device manger screen with the serial.  But the AP is not talking with ExtremecloudIQ.

What else do I need to do?

I dont have of any of these sorry just a hobbyist with equipment who was given the AP instead of letting it go to waste.

Are you using anything to manage the ap?

You can use a connect instance for free by registering at extremecloudiq.com and then setting a new instance up as connect.

You would need to onboard the AP before you can update it's firmware. The AP should typically connect on it's own, but if it doesn't then you would need to use the steps in the guide I referenced to connect the AP manually.
