Guest Essentials Access Denied after registration

Setting up Extreme Guest Essentials for a guest SSID and I have everything working to the point where a user registers and received a OTP via text & email. They then automatically redirect to the Access Denied page and same again if they log in using the OTP. USer is in the console under Guest Access Group. The user profile on the SSID has been set up with an advanced guest policy to set to GuestPolicy and everything looks alright from what I have been able to find online.

 

does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for anything I would have missed?

Port 2083 was not open on the firewall which was my issue

Ensure the RADIUS server is properly configured to assign the GuestPolicy to users in the Guest Access Group. Verify that the correct attributes (e.g., Filter-ID) are sent in the Access-Accept response.

Do you recall wheer these settings are for RADIUS as I dont recall using it in our setup. Our guest access policy is just putting them onto a VLAN and not authenticating with AD?
