Hi, to download firmware you’ll want to go to extremeportal.force.com> Log in or create an account> Go to Downloads from the Homepage. You’ll need to drill down in the menu a bit farther from there to get to your specific device model. You can also update your devices from ExtremeCloud IQ if you have one set up.
