One of partner used extrem iq free version. now that was over. so he is not able to configure the cloud. but connect is enough for him. advise how to change now

Hi Saravana, unfortunately there isn’t a way to convert a Pilot version of ExtremeCloud IQ in to a Connect version. You would want to register for a new instance and choose Connect at the end of the registration process. If you can tell me the VHM ID and how many devices you have, I can see about getting a temporary key made for the partner so they can free up their devices from the old inventory.

Thank you for that email address, I was able to find your VHM ID on my side of things and we have generated a temporary key for 2 devices so you can move them out of the current inventory and add them to the new inventory in your Connect instance. Once you apply the key you can also free up the email address you used to register for the XIQ Pilot trail, so you can register for your Connect XIQ instance using the same email address. To do this, after you’ve applied the temporary key (you may also have to log out and back in again to get unfrozen from the Manage> Devices page), you’ll want to click on the silhouette icon in the upper right corner of XIQ> Global Settings> Account Management> Open your user record> Change the email address listed here to a different email address> Save.
After that, you’ll be able to register for Connect using the same email address you used to register last time. This guide reviews how to register for a Connect instance:

I have two device added in that account. How to find VHM ID. i cant access anything from that account.
