I recently came into the possession of an ah-sr2148p. I create an ExtrememCloud IQ Connect account and attempted to onboard the device, but I'm told the s/n is already in use.
Is there a way I can onboard the device? Unfortunately I don't have a way to contact whoever it may be registered with. The device should not be under any current licenses .
