Good question — unfortunately, the default PPSK email notifications use Extreme Networks’ own template and sender domain, so they can’t be fully customized at the tenant level. However, you can modify some elements (like the message body or adding custom text) through the ExtremeCloud IQ interface. For branding or custom “from” addresses, you’d need to route emails through your own SMTP server — worth checking with Extreme support if that option can be enabled for your account.
