I'm coming from Ruckus Unleashed, trying out some Aerohive APs but have some questions.
Thanks for any advice.

Hello Klui,
My name is Patrick and I'm an Associate Technical Support with Extreme Networks.
1. No, there is no single management IP. Each device will have it's own IP address and management is done through the ExtremeCloudIQ Portal.
2. All devices need to be onboarded via serial number to be configured by your XIQ instance.
3. There are different radio profiles for 2.4ghz and 5ghz. There are settings to encourage or enforce 5g usage, if that's desired. By default it will attempt to connect on the 5ghz network and will fall back to the 2.4ghz if it cannot connect on 5g.
4. There are settings specific to VOIP. Enabling 802.11k will assist in faster roaming, which would assist in limited interruptions in phone service. There are also settings in the Radio Profiles that can enhance VOIP, if there is an issue.
5. What exact data are you looking for?
6. In XIQ, the SNMP setup is done almost entirely on the AP or AP Template. Once the SNMP is set up, you will have to push an update out to the APs in order to add it to the running configuration. In the SSID, the only thing to make sure is that you Enable Interstation-Traffic (set by default as enabled). The instructions to set up SNMP are located here: https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000093080
If you have a support contract with Extreme Networks, my recommendation would be to contact GTAC Support (https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/contact) and open a case. That way an engineer will work directly with you to make sure all of your questions are answered.

Thanks for your reply!
What I'm looking for in my 5th question is if there is any way to obtain the clients who have used a particular application from the CLI. I'm trying to determine what ExtremeCloud IQ features have "equivalent" functionality in the CLI. This feature is probably a cloud-based feature where real time telemetry is accumulated; however I would expect the CLI to show what clients are using an application Youtube, UDP, HTTPS, etc. between their transmissions.
