We have already more then 6 customers that have randomly problems with cloud ppsk since a few weeks. I also heard similar complaints from other partner and customers.
Random users can't connect. On another moment other users can't connect. Sometimes it is temporary solved by rebooting the ap's that are radsec proxy.
We already have 4 tickets open for this but no clear solution. Sometimes they suggest to downgrade firmware, remove all users groups --> push confdig --> add user groups again --> push config again, ....
But problems keep coming back. Very frustating for us and our customers and no decent solution from Extreme Networks.
