Remove AP Hive AP230 from expired Hivemanager Account

I have an old AP230 from an expired hivemanager account. Can you remove this one so I can add it to my account? I cannot login to my old account because it is expired.

Thanks for reaching out and for providing that serial number. I was able to remove the old record for that device, you should be able to import it in to your new inventory now. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
