I have extreme router serial no 03052110123764. I try to add the device in extremecloudiq.com it's showing:

Please help me to reset this device
I have also pressed the reset button for 10 sec. but it doesn't work.

This device is currently associated to a VIQ. This is why it cannot be added to yours. Resetting the device will not resolve this issue.
