Roaming Assistant Settings on AP650/AP460C

I've been struggling with smooth roaming between my AP650s and AP460C.  Even with the 802.11k and 802.11v settings enabled and SNR checking enabled, I am either getting devices kicked off too often or not enough.  The SNR checking setting mentions "Note: when using SNR checking, please enable high-density weak-snr" but I have looked all over for this setting and cannot find it anywhere.  Could anyone offer some guidance on where to find the relevant settings or some general configuration to smooth out roaming?

Hello!

The “high‑density weak‑SNR” option isn’t a separate setting on AP650/AP460C—it’s part of the high‑density SSID profile in ExtremeCloud IQ. To improve E-ZPassNC roaming, focus on consistent SSID settings, adjust transmit power overlap, and fine‑tune RSSI/SNR thresholds so clients aren’t forced off too early or held too long. If you still struggle, enable high‑density SSID mode in ExtremeCloud IQ or contact Extreme support to expose the weak‑SNR handling option.

I'm assuming that I need to contact Extreme support as I have not seen settings anywhere for RSSI/SNR thresholds nor the Weak-SNR handling option.
