Hello!
I recently purchased a second-hand AP250 on eBay for my personal home lab. When attempting to onboard the serial number to my free Extreme Cloud IQ account, I receive the error stating it is already registered to another account or redirector.
I have the physical access point in my possession and full eBay proof of purchase (including the order confirmation, tracking details, and my delivery address).
Could a community manager please help me clear this stale record or open a courtesy ticket to free up the serial number for my account?

Please note that original product warranties are non-transferable. If the asset was originally purchased by another company, that organization remains the registered end user in our system. As a result, we are unable to provide support or services for the asset unless ownership has been officially transferred from the original account, in accordance with our security and compliance requirements.
In general, to have assets re-registered under a new end-user account, we recommend contacting our Sales Team. They can advise on the available service options and guide you through the asset transfer process, where applicable.
However, please note that this AP model has already reached its End of Sales and End of Service Life (EOSL). Once a product reaches EOSL status, all support services, including warranty, technical support, software maintenance, and hardware replacement services, are discontinued, and the product is considered obsolete. As a result, no support options are available for this model regardless of ownership status.
