When onboarding SN 12114022500374 I receive this error: "The device appears to be in use by another VIQ."


To the best of my knowledge we purchased this device new some time back. It appears new in the box.

Hi David, thank you for letting me know. That device was registered to an old HiveManager Classic instance in your name, and was last updated back in 2015. I've removed the old record, you should be able to onboard that device now. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
