Unable to add Device to XIQ - Licence error

Hi,

 

I am getting error: "License limit exceeded for managed devices." when adding additional devices to xiq. I have recently had additional licences added to my account but it XIQ refuses to use them as it seems.

Thanks, what will happen to all the production AP's that are working fine and licences while I unlink and link my account?

Is this an out of hours job?

Nothing at all, having no licences only affects the XIQ side (i.e. locks it down to a licence warning/adding a licence), APs will continue to function as normal with the config they have. Even if a PPSK SSID is used, devices can still authenticate.

I had this recently where it showed available but gave me an error. If this is still present after logging out and back in, the way I got around it was to unlink my extreme portal account and then linked it again.
