XIQ from 20.1.4.3 to 20.1.5.2

Hey guys,

i want to upgrade a customer XIQ from 20.1.4.3 to  20.1.5.2. I found this guide but the link to  Extreme Networks Support Portal doesnt work. Can you guys give me an other link? Can i just download the file and upgrade the Version without any problems?

Yes, this is brand new. According to the release notes a direct update is not possible.

i see there is a new release 21.1.20.24 . Could i upgrade directlyfrom 20.1.4.3-NGVA  to  21.1.20.24 ?
