Hey guys,

i want to upgrade a customer XIQ from 20.1.4.3 to  20.1.5.2. I found this guide but the link to  Extreme Networks Support Portal doesnt work. Can you guys give me an other link? Can i just download the file and upgrade the Version without any problems?

That is correct, they would need a license to run their XIQ instance and since they are up and running currently, you can tell they have the right licenses 😃

Thanks @Sam Pirok  . How can i check if i have the right license? I mean the customer runs 20.1.4.3 at the moment and that wouldnt work without a license, correct?

Hi @dpanev, that flag just means that you need a license to use the product in general. So for XIQ on premises, you need a license to use XIQ on premises and that flag is just warning you that the firmware version is not enough to make that product work, you also need said license.
