I am trying to make some configuration changes on switch D2G124-12 but I do not have access through the console. The cables are discarded since I already tried with other equipment with the same characteristics and access without problems. Also press the button to return to factory settings the equipment but the behavior is the same, it does not send me the prompt.

Do you have any additional recommendations on this particular case?

Was this "other device" also a D2-Switch or a Secure-Stack?

It is also a D2G124-12.

When you connect to the console port and then reboot the switch, do you see any output from the console during startup?

No, he doesn't send me anything.

Was this “other Equipment” also a D2-Switch or a Secure-Stack? Or did you test with a Summit-Switch for example? Summit-Switches have another Pin layout than D2G-Switches.

When you connect to the console port and then reboot the switch - do you see any console output during the boot?
