IP helper issue on secondary IP address.

Hi,
Currently have an issue in that the helper addresses configured under a VLAN interface on the secondary address doesn't seem to be forwarding the requests? Primary address seems to work fine.
My presumption is that requires from both primary and secondary address should be able to use the same helper addresses under the VLAN?
Maybe there is some additional configuration I am missing, or its not possible?
The VLAN configuration looks like the following:
