Issue of random recognition of SFP+ coded Extreme on the x620-10x

Two versions of XOS has been tested: 21.1.1.4 patch1-2 and 21.1.1.4 patch 1-5
The Same SFP connected on differents ports displays different errors messages. The interfaces are sometime functional sometime not functional, they are flapping.
The similar SFP modules are functioning on our Production environment without issue.

Are these Extreme optics? If so, what is the model number?

From the output you provided, it looks like the switch is having trouble reading information from the optic.
