Switches 5320 SFP Down

Good morning,

We have 5320-24P-8XE and 5320-48P-8XE switches. Firmware summit_arm-32.4.1.10

We have deployed around a hundred of them. On switches connected with an SFP (10 SFP SX 850nm),
sometimes the connection is cut. On one of the SFP ports, the LED is off. On the other switch,
the light is on. To fix the problem, we unplug the SFP and plug it into another port.
The connection is up again. Have you ever encountered this problem? Thank you.

we are on VOSS 9.2.1.1 with several hundred switches deployed. We see similar issues with link lights going out. We also have a ton of issues with MM fiber. We have be buying mode conditioning cables , which allows you to run SM transceivers. This shoots a SM beam down the MM fiber....it's for the most part stopped all our MM connectivity issues .
