Uplink port on a B5G flashes yellow at times. Any idea why?

Uplink port on a B5G flashes yellow at times. Any idea why? Also, some VoIP phones keep rebooting.

For a POE port, Blinking Amber signifies that the port is linked and traffic is being received or transmitted by the interface but PoE power is not being supplied.
PoE power may have been deactivated because of excessive power requirement, deactivated by configuration or Power supply failed.
1. Check the attached powered device to see if it is defective.
2. Internal power supply issues, contact Enterasys Networks for technical support as Paul states above.

David, it seems that neither of these reported symptoms is known or expected. In my opinion, your best bet is to open a case with the GTAC to dig into (a) what it all means and (b) how to resolve it. The end result can then be reported back to this Hub thread.
