DHCP issues on ERS switches

DHCP issues on ERS switches

I have been experiencing some issues on some networks we have set up. Both have similar codes running them and so i presume the issues are equally similar also.
i have noticed DHCP relay is not happening as it should. For instance, when i connect any Avaya phone it sees the LLDP as configured but does not acquire an IP but some do;
Has anyone had this issues please? And this issue is not just with the phones

Was it working and stopped working?

Or you are unable to get it working?

Can you please post the config from the switch so we can check it out.

Better open up a GTAC case for this.

Hey,

Did you get to the bottom of this? Having this issue with ERS3500 5.2.2.002

10.1.12.10 = Voice VLAN IP

10.0.50.250 = Windows DHCP Server

ip dhcp-relay fwd-path 10.1.12.10 10.0.50.250
interface vlan 1
ip dhcp-relay broadcast
exit
interface vlan 2
ip dhcp-relay broadcast
exit

What is the exact ERS model, and what firmware are they running?
Can you paste the dhcp-relay config?
