How to exclude and release IP addresses from DHCP in ERS ?

I currently have an ERS 3526T with Software Version v5.3.12.009,
I can't find a way to exclude and release a DHCP assigned IP address.
is it possible to exclude and release IP addresses from DHCP? 
How do I do it? Thank you in advance for your help

Try “no ip dhcp-server lease option-3 <IP_ADDRESS>”

DHCP is configured on the switch I do not have an external DHCP server.

You can do that from DHCP server itself, right?
