Having issues with Avaya J129 & J169. Connected to ers 3500, 4850 switches, previous handsets were Nortel p2002 & p2004 all worked no issues. When the Avaya handsets are connected a number of handsets stop at "aquiring service", the dhcp scope has the option 242 set. We have recently installed a EXOS 435 and so far no issues with the handsets starting up!
