Hello,
how can I manually set in-line power in X440..
the Cisco IP 99xx series is Class 4 PoE device that may require power up to 25w, can I manually set the power setting on the port itself ?

hello,
the Phone might require LLDP-MED options to understand that it can request more PoE power from the switch. So please try to enable the PoE MED options per LLDP.
configure lldp port 1:1 advertise system-description
configure lldp port 1:1 advertise system-capabilities
configure lldp ports 1:1 advertise vendor-specific med capabilities
configure lldp ports 1:1 advertise vendor-specific med power-via-mdi
regards
Bastian
