Hi,
when entering the command history with arrow keys, I find that the CLI never returns back to a blank line but it sticks to the last command issued.
It's annoying because to issue a new command you must first delete that command displayed.
thank you

I just tested and verified that this enhancement made it into EXOS 16.1.2 (scheduled for release in early Fall) and will be in EXOS 16.2 when it releases. Unfortunately, I can't discuss timeline for 16.2.
I'm going to go ahead and mark this Idea as "Implemented."

Hi Antonio,
I agree, you should be able to use the down arrow to return to a blank line and not get stuck on the last command - like bash. I'm going to send this over to the User Experience guys to take a look at implementing.

Update 2: I just saw where one of our developers has written the "fix" and checked-in his code to a set of upcoming releases. Once I see it in a beta build and test it, I'll be able to come back and say a little bit more. Stay tuned!
