when i installed switch summit X460 ,and wires connected to ports, connection is not done and network is not working.....switch is in a flat network,...!

you can access CLI over the SSH/telnet to the management port = if the switch was configured upfront.

led is not working ,when i connected the cable,i cann't see CLI because switch in not in my hand.....i m a support depart person and i m dealing in switches issues, this issue is our customer issues

yes ports are enable but led of ports are not blink,yes cables are working,i tried in banking ....

Is the port enabled? When you install the switch there is wizard on the CLI. One of options there is to disable all ports... Is the cable working? Have you tried it elsewhere?
