Hi, I wanted to know whether there was a way to copy, or extract and install directly a .xos image file located in the default /usr/local/cfg directory on the switch.
In this particular scenario we are connecting to the switch via WinSCP and transferring the .xos file across. Using WinSCP, I’m unable to navigate to any other directories (permissions) on the switch except for the default /usr/local/cfg
I’m sure there must be a Download / Install / cp type command combination that would make this happen! (maybe a hidden one)
Very aware of the standard install methods via TFTP/SCP2/USB, but this corner case requires the files to be pushed and not pulled down.
Thanks in advance.

So the answer is:
download url file:///usr/local/cfg/[IMAGE].xos
Example:
download url file:///usr/local/cfg/summitX-22.7.2.4.xos
As described in:
This would make for a great GTAC Knowledge Article
