CoS on XOS Question

Hi guys,

according to this KB Article https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000083366 i was wondering if you still need to enable the examination on any required ports.

Hi Philipp,

If you are referring to CoS (dot1p), yes. We need to enable the examination on the ports where the traffic is expected to ingress with the dot1p value set. This will ensure that the traffic is properly prioritized to the proper Qosprofile.
