Today we started seeing very high latency between our ISC peers.  I am getting roughly 20ms ping times between the two.  The links show up and don't have collisions or errors on them at this time.  All VLANs match on the links that are shared across.  I am using 2 40Gb links on a pair of 5520-12mw-36w switches.  Any thoughts on what could be causing this high of latency?

One thing I have noticed is that port 49 on my ISC link is going to port 53 and port 53 is going to port 49 between the two peers.  Sharing is setup as 49 as the master port.  Could this be causing an issue?
