Contact TAC and provide the voucher number They can generate a license key

If you is owner of service contract, then you have to go to eSupport site - https://esupport.extremenetworks.com
and there activate your voucher number with switch number and generate license key.

If you not the owner, then you have to ask to do this for your local distributor.
