MLAG + Stacking

Hi,

I would like to know if there are any limitation about configuring MLAG on a Summit X670 stacking environment. The topology will be as follows:

- Servers connected to Summit x670 siwtches on stacking using MLAG for each VLAN
- Summit X670 switches connected to blackdiamonds using MLAG (MLAG managed by Blackdiamonds).

You mean "EXOSConcepts15.1.pdf" file?. Because the only similar reference on that document that I found was a Two-tier diagram and no references to Stacking switches topology

Just to clarify there are two stacks of 670s correct?

If so then yes you can MLAG the servers to th 670 stacks and then MLAG the stacks to the BDs. This is a mesh design and is covered in the concepts guide.. not the connections from the stacks to the BDs need to be created on both sides. For example each 670 will have a share that spans the BDs as a MLAG but the BDs will need to have a share that span the stacks as MLAGs.
