I have a site that “Default” vlan is vlan 1 on a 3 switch stack (48 port poe 5520). Is it possible to change this globally to another number such as vlan 33 for example, without an outage?
if doing so would the ip address and ospf definitions remain?
I just need to pass a vlan 1 from another site 30 miles away through this switch and then to another about 30 more miles away though a 10gig private fiber. That will let me access vlan 1 from an existing HQ in a colo facility and let me phase in servers until the ip scheme can be changed and the layer 2 span changed back to layer 3.

Yes, that is easy, you can change the tag with the command. (All IP and so should remain)
configure vlan default tag 33
