I can't understand why the ping jumps in waves? 10-20 packets are all good, ping is less than or equal to 1 ms, but a queue of 21 packets is suitable and the response time is 6-12 or even 48 milliseconds. The problem manifests itself in any vlan, regardless of whether the packet goes directly or through a router.
