OneView interface utilization widget not showing any information

Hi, I have configured OneView to show interface statistics according to this GTACK https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080144
When i open my dashboard the interface utilization widget is not showing any data, also the portview option on the devices doesnt show any data either.

My OneView version is 7.0 and the license is NMS-xxx.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem to? Do the devices need extra configuration?
