I want to be able to search all known PDs in a easy way, I know you guys have a internal system that does this. You even applied some of it in your old portal for customers. Please enable this function again for us paying support customers at least.
Otherwise we are force to open a tac case every time the TAC rerferes to a PD.
If there is a search function already I beg be pardoned, since my search skills on your website is insufficent then.
