hello I am seeing a lot of different information about setting up vlans. i would like to setup vlans on extreme switch summit 250e 24port. I would like to have as much ports in the vlans as possible, is there an article or video that steps me through this?

Are you referring to the license key for the switch? If yes, we can retrieve it from our system with the serial number. One of us can contact you directly to get that so you don't have to post it here.

question, what can be done if the usb (dongle) that has the license key cant be found? is that a reach out to avaya for replacement? how quickly can I get the replacement?

lol got it, do you have a link with a walk through to get me started, I have the virtual switch installed, I can play around with that. I dont think i would have any problems getting onto the switch, probably first time accessed from first setup, I hope its the default p/w, can you send link for reset instructions just in case I may need them.

right i was just wondering why half the ports were mentioned. will be configuring it where just need to plug in and ready to go.
