Smart port or universal port

Hi Guys,

I have an installation coming up in a couple of months. They want their network to be configured for Smart port(according to the customer). By which they mean, they should be able to connect anything on any port.

wondering what would be the easiest way of achieving this as they have around 13 vlans out which one is for Voice and one for Access points.

Can you please help me with this. Either by providing a configuration guide or configuration example.
