SNMP Transceiver Information

I would like to know if there's possible to get an information output about transceiver DDM ports.

Like command below, I want to get those information, is there possible?

Please check the chapter # 52 Supported Standards, Protocols,and MIBs from EXOS concept guide and see if it is mention there.

If not then it is not being supported by EXOS.
