Hi,

You might see relevant part numbers in the data sheet: https://cloud.kapostcontent.net/pub/6f346f0e-30e3-452c-86cd-56795f6a1a65/x450-g2-data-sheet.pdf
10311/10312/10313/10323 - QSFP+ passive copper cables of length 0.5/1/3/5 meters,
10336/10337/10315/10316/10318 - QSFP+ active optical cables of length 3/5/10/20/100 meters.
For longer distances you might need QSFP+ modules and a patchcord.

Regarding stacking, here you might see the general procedure:

Hope that helps,
Tomasz

Thanks for your replies. Could you tell the exact part number of the SFP?

thanks

Exactly, any SFP 'insertible' that is supported by EXOS switch and firmware can be used for stacking.

Kind regards,

You could find the information in the datasheet....

SUMMITSTACK-V ? Flexible Stacking Over 10 Gigabit Ethernet ExtremeXOS support s the SummitStack-V capabilit y using 2 of the native 10 GbE port s on the faceplate as stacking port s, enabling the use of standard cabling and optics technologies used for 10 GbE SFP+. SummitStack-V provides long-distance stacking connectivit y of up to 40 km while reducing the cable complexit y of implementing a stacking solution. SummitStack-V is compatible with X440 -G2, X450 -G2 and X460 -G2 switches with 10 Gb uplinks, as well as X480 , X670 , X670V, X670 -G2 and X770 switches. SummitStack-V enabled 10 GbE port s must be physically direct-connected with all switches running the same version of ExtremeXOS.

Hi Tomasz,

Thank you for providing the helpful links. Another question, if I use the 10G ports on the front panel of the switch for stacking, what SFP modules and cables I need.

Thanks.
