I would like to RMA ship the "X460-G2-48t-GE4-Base" equipment.

The "Shipping Part Number" was originally "908210-10". But I can't see the "908210-10" number in the changed RMA application form.

Hi,

I only know https://extremeapi.upsrow.com/ and there I can find the Part-Number.

Besides that: You already have opened a ticket, right? Best thing would be to ask GTAC on how to proceed.

Best regards
Stefan

Hi @edlee_jinnet, I’d like to fix the bad link for you, when you say you applied for an RMA on our homepage, do you mean via a support case or a different page? If it’s not through a support case, could you please send me the link to the page you’re trying to submit the RMA request through so I’m sure I’m in the right place?

Thank you for your answer.

I don't know why, but when I tried to apply for RMA on the extreme network homepage, it was linked to "https://row.ups.com/GuestAccess/Guest/Entry?Company=e4d3f9b5-085e-449b-ae63-55ec823ded93".

I'll apply through the link you gave me.

Thank you.
