thanks Sowjanya GTAC will need to look at the Show Tech to see what might be going on. As Stephane said this could range from a corrupt config to low memory to something else.
GTAC is really the best approach to getting it resolved.

Config is also copied to the backup in a stack. As Paul suggested, please open a case with GTAC, that can be a corrupted CF, or something...
