Hi,
X440-G2 is actually bound to a warranty where lifetime (EoS + 5yr) updates and upgrades are assured. Perhaps your extremeportal account is not bound to a VAR/Customer account or relevant purchase. Thus, the best you can do is open a GTAC case indeed. Or just call them, that will probably take the least amount of time: https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/contact/
Worse case would be if this is a second-hand purchase, I’d have a bad news then…

Do you have an support contract? If yes, maybe the contract is not matched to you account. Your local sales team from extreme should be able to help you.

When I try to download an update for my product, the system displays a message:
Please Create a Case soG TAC can investigate download entitlement.
I have already created a request several times, but never received any response. What does it mean?

go to: https://extremeportal.force.com/. After Login you can download the software in Productes->ExtremeSwitching
