UPM script or flow redirect are not working

Hi there!

I have an issue I could not solved, I have a x460 xos (16.2.5.4) which is connected to ISP for internet,  MPLS router for LAN access in another interface and a third L2L interface (it should be used for redundancy in case ISP down).

I have tried to config an upm script and redirect flow for to check a public IP (which is not a next hop of my Exos) and in case that ip is not reachable add or delete a default route. 

Some ideas?
