UPM profile is launch if one or port event (PortlinkstateUp) is caused.

Question is:
Is possible read the port(s) status and fix these as variable and then use it in the Upm's script?
If yes, where I can take the value/parameters about their state?
I need to make an expression in wich condition is:
If port A,B,C, status is Up, than enable port D
Of course UPM filter is setted onto just Port A,B,C (for launch the Upm profile)
