6 months ago this was not possible to do on X440G2 and 620 switches.. My question today is that if I am on firmware 22.3.1.4 on a Gen2 X440.... Am I able to follow this document to update the firmware? Or is this feature still not working?

Yes you are able to Update EXOS via USB on X440-G2.
