VMware esxi4.1 --> MLAG for management traffic?

has anyone got MLAG working for the management portgroup with esxi 4.1?it works fine for the vm traffic, but the managment vlan doesn't work, anyone got this working, i suspect it doesn't because you tend to find "are you sure you need redundancy for the managment traffic? (from conrad_jones)

I have not see or heard of this issue. One question I have is did you try just creating a regular share port from the management to a single switch? that would tell us if it is on the MLAG side or the server side.
