web-based authentication problem

Now I want use web-based authentication.
Under firmware 12.6.x.x everything was ok(it will display netlogin screen) but when i use firmware 15.x.x.x it always display ScreenPlay screen,
Does any one can tell me what problem. (from Hsu_LiPing)

Following was my config partial infomation (for netlogin)

create vlan "Temp"
configure vlan Temp tag 1164
configure vlan Temp ipaddress 192.168.100.1 255.255.255.0

configure radius netlogin primary server x.x.x.x 1645 client-ip x.x.x.y vr VR-Default
configure radius netlogin primary shared-secret encrypted x.x.x.x
enable radius netlogin

configure netlogin vlan Temp
enable netlogin web-based
configure netlogin web-based authentication database-order radius
enable netlogin ports 13-18 web-based
configure netlogin base-url "network-access.itri.org.tw"
configure netlogin redirect-page "http://itriweb.itri.org.tw"

configure dns-client add name-server x.x.x.x vr VR-Default
configure dns-client add name-server x.x.x.x vr VR-Default
configure dns-client add domain-suffix x.x.x.

enable sntp-client
configure vlan Temp dhcp-address-range 192.168.100.10 - 192.168.100.50
configure vlan Temp dhcp-options default-gateway 192.168.100.1

enable web http

have you tried to go back to 12.6 and find out if the problem is there or not (i.e, did the upgrade somehow changed something in the configs)? Also, can you post the output of the show conf netlogin here? (from ethernet)
