XOS switch shows actual speed as (down)

I have never see the below output before. I tried looking in the command reference and user guides but could not find an explanation of what it means.

X460-G1 running 16.2.4.5-patch1-8.xos

Thank you for the information Nikolay,

Unfortunately I wont get to test the command because other issues were discovered with the switch in question. Ports 1:1-8 would not even link. We did a reboot to try and get those ports working which resolved the issue with 1:16-17 but ports 1:1-8 were still not working.

I will save this command though in case I come across this issue again.

It looks like ports have been configured administratively UP state with no link connection.
Try command link restore >
