I am receiving "A stale record of the device was found in the redirector." concerning the below serial numbers:
Can you please reach out to the previous owner to request them to remove the stale records/remove their instance?

Try to give GTAC a call here and they should be able to assist, regardless of what company you do or don't work for.
Contact Extreme Network's Support Centre - Extreme Networks
Otherwise, you'll need to contact the original owner of these devices and have them delete or unmanaged these serial numbers from XIQ.
I don't think anyone will be able to resolve this issue via this community forum.
